Products & Services | Service Division
The Service Division at Welders Supplies performs repair work on both electrical equipment, as well as, gas apparatus. Fully staffed, well equipped, and factory trained, we are certified by all of the major equipment manufacturers to provide repair work, both warranty and non-warranty. In-shop and field service is also available. Preventative maintenance, equipment rental and certified calibration services are also available.
We will contact you to set up an appointment to visit your facility and provide a full assessment of your equipment's condition with recommendations for upgrading, repair or basic preventative maintenance.
In partnership with Messer Cutting Systems Inc., we are pleased to provide Manitoba and Saskatchewan's first integrated service program for automated CNC plasma cutting equipment. Of course, we also provide service to all of the leading brands, including Lincoln Electric, Miller, ESAB, Thermadyne and Hobart.
Diagnostic procedures required skills and training, combined with a thorough understanding of the weld process itself.
Load banks, oscilloscopes, meters, and hands-on weld testing are all required to properly service today’s sophisticated equipment.
We recently invested over $160,000 in our Service Division with the addition of two state-of-the-art Test Benches capable of multi-phase, multi-voltage input power control, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in our repair area.
Our services include calibration, preventive maintenance, ISO certification, repair, and pre-delivery testing of new machinery. We have one of the largest facilities of its kind in Western Canada and are authorized to repair every major brand.
